Represents the first concerted effort to address loneliness in multi-family living by purposefully designing the building to foster social interaction at the option of each resident.
How we did it
1.
Elevated the Kelowna market narrative resulting in the city being ranked nationally as the 2nd Best Small City in Canada.
2.
Designed the first of its kind high-rise property to solve the challenge of loneliness simply through the thoughtful design of the building.
3.
Created a presale presentation environment that showcased the neighbourhood effect and accommodated in-person and online sales.
